Ajaga Christopher Mbah a political refugee from cameroon is presently in the deportation camp in Buren. Ajaga Christopher came to germany in 2002 and asked for political asylum because he was an active member of the southern cameroon national council (SCNC) . He had been persecuted because of his activities. He had been arrested several times for his political activities. Christopher`s life was in danger and insecured so he escape from extra legal detention. He escaped to germany, where he applied for asylum???

The VOICE Refugee Forum celebrates ten years of Active Resistance. The VOICE Refugee Forum, an organisation of refugee and humanrights activists engaged in the fight for the rights of refugees in Germany, will be celebrating its tenth year anniversary in October 2004.

The anniversary celebrations will be marked with a ten-day socio-cultural and political events from Thu. 14th - Sat. 23rd October, 2004 in different Cities in Germany. There will be workshops, films, exhibitions, protests and Podium discussions with international humanrights activists, lawyers, antiracists activists, refugees and migrants for a common platform of networking on the perspectives of our resistance and support for refugee struggles in Germany. Once again, we shall be focusing on the refugee right to freedom of movement and against social exclusion. Proposals for a European-wide network for the abolition of the residence obligation law "Residenzpflicht" for refugees in Germany will be of high interest during the events??.

The VOICE Refugee Forum feiert 10 Jahre aktiven Widerstand. The VOICE Refugee Forum, eine Organisation von Flüchtlings - und Menschenrechts -aktivisten, die sich für die Rechte von Flüchtlingen in Deutschland engagieren, wird im Oktober 2004 ihr zehnjähriges Jubiläum feiern.

Die Jubiläumsfeierlichkeiten vom 14. Oktober bis zum 23. Oktober werden von einem zehntägigen Programm aus soziokulturellen und politischen Veranstaltungen in verschiedenen deutschen Städten begleitet. Es werden Workshops, Filme, Ausstellungen, Protestaktionen und Podiumsdiskussionen mit internationalen Menschenrechtsaktivisten, Anwälten, antirassistischen Aktivisten, Flüchtlingen und MigrantInnen stattfinden um ein gemeinsames Netzwerk zu schaffen, das an den Perspektiven unseres Widerstands und unserer Unterstützung für die Kämpfe der Flüchtlinge arbeitet. Einmal mehr werden wir uns auf das Recht der Flüchtlinge auf Bewegungsfreiheit und gegen Ausgrenzung konzentrieren. Vorschläge für ein europaweites Netzwerk für die Abschaffung des Residenzpflicht-Gesetzes werden während der Veranstaltungen von großem Interesse sein.......

Anti - Lager - Tour in Germany begins on the 20th of August to 5th of September 2004.
For Freedom of movement,deportation against deportation social exclusion We demand the closure of all detention camps, lagers, deportation prisons and deportation centres and we demand the abolition of the Residenzpflicht laws.

Millions of people throughout the third world died under colonial expansion because of the exploitation of their wealth and their natural resources. Today we are confronted with the problems of neo-colonial globalisation, the capitalistic machinery of global trade and the militarisation of border controls.

The Lager regime and militarisation of borders are now even intensified beyond Europe to the countries and continents where the refugees and migrants come from. The western countries have advanced their rigid policies against migrants in general, including those who flee due to persecution and in solidarity with the oppressed.
The Majority of the refugees and migrants in Europe are stigmatised, persecuted and socially excluded.

Liebe Leute,
der gestrige Prozessauftakt gegen mich wegen Beleidigung des Polizeidirektors, der Polizei allgemein, wegen Vortäuschens einer Straftat und wegen Verunglimpfung im Zusammenhang mit dem No-border-Camp in Jena 2002 war ÜBEL!
Es war völlig klar, dass die Richterin mit der Staatsanwältin auf jeden Fall und unter allen Umständen verurteilen wollen. Sie unterbrach mich während meiner politischen Erklärung zur Sache mehrfach und deutete an, ich ritte mich so noch tiefer rein. Das ganze endete gestern mit der Aussetzung des Verfahrens, da mein Anwalt, Ulrich von Klinggräff, einen Befangenheitsantrag gegen die Richterin wegen dieser Voreingenommenheit stellen wird. Unfaßbar ist, dass die nach zwei Jahren in einem - nach Ulrichs Meinung - was die Anklage angeht einstellungswürdig dürftigen Verfahren hier offenbar jetzt "erst recht" ein Exempel statuieren wollen - schließlich ist der Anzeigende ein hoher Polizeioffizier.
